Manufacturing Capabilities
Equipment and processes built to support custom springs, wire forms, and precision metal components from prototype to volume production.

Main Production Equipment

CNC Universal Spring Forming Machines
Wire Range: 0.2–2.0 mm
Our CNC universal spring forming machines are designed for flexible production of complex spring and wire-formed components. Covering a wire range of 0.2–2.0 mm, these machines can produce torsion springs, extension springs, compression springs, battery contacts, clips, and various custom wire forms with multiple bends and forming features. Programmable tooling movements allow us to handle a wide variety of geometries and support efficient changeovers between prototypes, small batches, and volume production.
Heavy-Duty Spring Forming Equipment
Wire Range: 3.5–6.0 mm
Our heavy-duty spring forming equipment is designed for larger wire diameters and components requiring greater forming force. Covering a wire range of 3.5–6.0 mm, these machines support the production of heavy-duty springs and structural spring components for applications where higher load capacity and mechanical strength are required. Production parameters are adjusted according to spring geometry, material, load requirements, and application conditions.

CNC Wire Forming & Bending Machines
Wire Range: 2.5–3.5 mm
Our CNC wire forming and bending machines are used for complex custom wire components that require multiple bends, angles, and three-dimensional geometries. With a typical processing range of 2.5–3.5 mm, the equipment is suitable for producing customized wire forms according to customer drawings or samples. Programmable forming allows multiple bending operations to be completed with consistent geometry and repeatability during batch production.
Multi-Axis CNC Spring Coiling Machines
Wire Range: 0.2–6.0 mm
Our multi-axis CNC spring coiling machines are dedicated to the production of compression springs across a broad wire range from 0.2 to 6.0 mm. Multiple controlled axes enable precise adjustment of spring outside diameter, pitch, free length, coil configuration, and end geometry according to customer drawings. The equipment supports both precision small springs and larger industrial compression springs, providing stable repeatability from prototype development through volume production.

Metal Stamping Equipment
Press Capacity: 45T / 60T / 110T / 150T / 200T
Our metal stamping equipment includes press capacities of 45T, 60T, 110T, 150T, and 200T, allowing us to support a range of custom stamped metal components with different sizes and forming requirements. The equipment is used for parts such as clips, brackets, contacts, and other precision hardware components according to customer drawings. Different press capacities can be selected based on material thickness, part geometry, tooling requirements, and production volume.

Extended Processing Capabilities
For specialized processes that require dedicated equipment or higher-level treatment capabilities, we work with a stable network of qualified processing partners. These long-term partnerships allow us to coordinate surface finishing, spring end grinding, advanced heat treatment, and other secondary processes as part of the overall manufacturing project. Some of our partner relationships have been maintained for more than a decade, helping us provide consistent processing quality, communication, and delivery support.
01 — Surface Finishing
We coordinate a range of surface finishing processes through experienced partner facilities, including zinc plating, nickel plating, passivation, painting, powder coating, and other finishes selected according to corrosion resistance, appearance, and application requirements.

02 — Spring End Grinding
For compression springs requiring flat and stable seating surfaces, spring end grinding is arranged through specialized grinding partners. Grinding requirements are coordinated according to spring geometry, end configuration, dimensional requirements, and application needs.
03 — Advanced Heat Treatment
For products requiring heat-treatment conditions beyond our standard in-house processing capability, we coordinate with specialized heat-treatment partners based on material, mechanical performance, and application requirements. This allows higher-level treatment processes to be integrated into the project when required.

Long-Term Processing Partnerships
Rather than relying on temporary outsourcing, we maintain established working relationships with specialized processing suppliers and coordinate each external process as part of the overall project.
