Our team reviews geometry, tolerances, material, spring force or torque requirements, forming feasibility, and the most suitable production process before manufacturing begins.

Quotation & Production Planning
Based on the confirmed requirements, we evaluate machine setup, tooling, secondary processes, quantity, and lead time, then provide a clear quotation with practical manufacturing recommendations.

Final Inspection & Delivery
Finished parts are inspected against approved requirements before packing. Inspection records, compliance documents, and customized packaging can be prepared according to project needs.

Controlled Mass Production
Once the sample is approved, confirmed machine settings and inspection requirements are carried into mass production, with in-process checks used to maintain consistent batch quality.

Prototype & Performance Validation
Samples are produced and checked against the approved drawing, including key dimensions and functional requirements such as load, torque, or fit. Parameters are refined when needed before approval.
